With respect to the design, documentation and the closing of certain phases we have not committed ourselves to any particular project management methodology. In our experience companies with very different organizational set-up, different number of personnel or methods has different expectations as far as the actual project management is concerned.
We concluded that keeping the basic and useful elements from all popular and efficiently applied methodologies we must offer a flexible platform for our projects. Hence all our projects have the following characteristics, albeit through their implementation we use different methods adjusting to the needs of our clients:

• We are prepared to handle the specifics of any given business sector and their business flows
• Our consultations are well prepared and efficient
• We take minutes about the meetings and the tasks
• The milestones and deadlines are recorded, they are given priority
• The user testing is done in more than one step with serious feedbacks
• The individual software is specified and we provide a user manual with it.
